What’s New

A Brand-New Plaudify Experience Every screen has been redesigned with a cleaner layout, clearer navigation, and a modern look and feel. A new collapsible sidebar gives you more room to work, and the whole app is faster and more responsive — from your dashboard to your goals, reviews, reports, and settings.

A Guided Setup for New Admins New workspaces now have a step-by-step onboarding wizard that walks admins through setting up their first evaluation period, company values, performance standards, and team members — so you can get your whole organization up and running in minutes. Your dashboard and settings gently nudge you to finish setup until you’re done.

Simpler, Safer Sign-Up You now choose your own password right on the sign-up form and confirm your email with a single click — no more following a separate link to set a password later. Accounts stay protected until the email is verified, and a fresh verification email is sent automatically if you try to sign in before confirming.

Smarter Notifications Your notification bell now updates on its own and tells you who’s behind each update — who applauded you, who assigned your goal — and applause now names the value you were recognized for (for example, “Sarah applauded you for Teamwork”). You can mark items read, jump straight to what they’re about, and clear everything with “Mark all as read.”

Completed Goals That Tell the Full Story Goals now record exactly when they were completed, and goals that aren’t finished are clearly shown as partial or missed instead of a vague status. Your Past Goals view groups achievements by period with a completion percentage, so progress over time is easy to see at a glance.

Powerful New Reports for Admins & Managers A new set of reports gives leaders a full-picture view across an entire evaluation period:

Team Performance — goal progress and applause for every employee, with CSV export.

Manager Performance — how thoroughly each manager evaluated their team, with CSV export.

Standards Evaluation — every employee’s rating against each standard, with PDF export.

My Activity — anyone can now pull their own activity summary (goals, reviews, applause) and download it, not just managers.

Improvements

A Single, Streamlined Review Managers can now complete a check-in review and a performance standards review together in one form, discuss several goals under a single comment, and save it all in one step — no more juggling two separate actions.

Always-Accurate Cycles & Periods Check-in cycles now roll over automatically as soon as one ends, so your dashboards, reports, and “current period” views always show the right cycle — even if no one has logged in. Overdue goals are also tidied up automatically each night, keeping your data clean with no manual cleanup.

Faster, Clearer Dashboards Dashboard figures — applause given and received, goal completion, and who’s finished their check-ins — now load instantly with at-a-glance trends.

Easier Team Management Admins can update a team member’s details, role, manager, and notification preference in one place, and assign a whole group of employees to a manager at once. Company values can now carry their own icons and be arranged in the order you want.

Fixes

My Tasks no longer shows review tasks left over from previous evaluation periods — you only see what’s relevant to the current cycle.
