This month, you can sign in to Plaudify with your Microsoft work account, admins get a new way to bring team members back, and your reports stay accurate all on their own.
What’s New
Sign In With Your Microsoft Work Account (Business plan)
If your organization runs on Microsoft365, you can now sign in to Plaudify with the same work account you use for email and Teams —just choose “Sign in with Microsoft,” and you’re in. No separate Plaudify password to create, remember, or reset. New customers can sign up this way too, and you’ll be guided through choosing your plan as you go.
A couple of things to know: Microsoft sign-in is available on the Business plan, and it works with Microsoft work and school accounts — personal Microsoft accounts, such as outlook.com, aren’t supported.
Bring a Team Member Back Admins can now see everyone who has been deactivated and reactivate them in a couple of clicks. If someone was deactivated by mistake, or is coming back from leave, you can restore their access yourself — no need to contact support. Reactivated team members receive the same welcome email a new joiner gets, so they know they’re back in.
Improvements
Always-Accurate Check-In Cycles Check-in cycles now move on to the next one automatically as soon as one ends. Your dashboards, reports, and any “current period” view will always show the right cycle — even if nobody has opened Plaudify since the last one finished. Expired evaluation periods are closed out automatically too, so there’s nothing to refresh, re-save, or tidy up by hand.
